Refund Policy

At Gaslamp Spa, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you are not completely satisfied with your service or purchase. Our refund policy is designed to address these situations fairly and promptly.

1. Services

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged the full deposit amount.

Unsatisfactory Service: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us immediately before leaving the spa. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer a solution, which may include a complimentary redo of the service. Refunds for services are not typically provided but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Products

Refunds and Exchanges: Unopened and unused products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

3. Gift Cards

Non-Refundable: All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards can be redeemed for services or products but cannot be exchanged for cash.

Transferable: Gift cards are transferable and can be used by anyone who presents them.

4. Packages and Memberships

Refunds: Packages and memberships are non-refundable. In the event of a medical condition or other valid reason preventing the use of the package or membership, a prorated refund may be considered at the discretion of the management.

Expiration: Packages must be used within the specified time frame and will expire after the allotted period. No refunds will be provided for expired packages.

5. General Policy

Manager Discretion: All refunds and exchanges are subject to the discretion of the spa management. We aim to resolve any issues to the satisfaction of our clients and will consider each situation individually.
